All logos you provide must be vector format, 1-color. If you upload any low-quality images like a JPG, PNG, TIF, or GIF file your order will be delayed as we contact you to get authorization to add $25 more to the cost of your order to convert the logo for you. We will provide you a copy of the logo for your files.

Once you have your logo on file be sure to reference a previous order number on file for all reorders.
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm central (3:00 pm eastern), count as having been placed the next business day.
- If applicable, please enter your "NEED BY XX/XX/XXXX" date in the Order Comments at Checkout.
- Add production days plus shipping days to calculate your delivery date.

- Only weekdays count, Saturday and Sunday are not part of the production schedule.
- Most standard US Holidays do not count as part of the production schedule.
- The rush charge is per item.
- Production Time does not include "Time-in-Transit".

- You will receive an emailed electronic proof before production.
- The proof will be sent to the email address you use during checkout.
- If you paid for rush service, delays in proof approvals will delay your order.
- Check your proofs very closely, they are used to manufacture your product. A problem with your proof will likely result in a problem with your delivered product.
- If you have ANY questions please contact us before approving your proof.
- If you have not received a proof within 1-2 working days, please check your spam, and then contact us if you do not have your proof.
